From "Summer of Love" to Autumn Thanks in two days. WOW! It sure feels like autumn out there today - rainy and chilly. It reminds me of a trip we took to Daytona years ago. On the way home, we stopped at St. Augustine to see the fort. It was so much fun, but rainy and a little chilly. The guard suggested we go to the White Lion restaurant across the street for dinner. They had the absolute best hamburgers in the world! I don't know if it was the atmosphere, or the weather or we were just really hungry, but they were awesome. Tonight I was in the same mood, so we went to Piccadilly's in Winchester for dinner. Mike always gets "Hurt Me Hot" wings (because they're half price), but I just needed a burger. I even got cheese (which I never get!); it was delicious. Now I'm ready for a fire and a good book. And maybe some cocoa. I love weekends.
Here's one of the projects we'll be making at workshops this week.
I got the inspiration from two places - Hallmark channel and Sharon Rogers. Sharon is one of my stamping heroes. She has special needs children (autism - one of my causes to fight for, since my nephew Nick is also autistic) and always has an incredibly upbeat outlook on life. She's one of the most positive people I've ever encountered.
Here's the complete supply list for the card.

Speaking of mini catalogs - I got a peek at the new Occasions mini and the Sale-a-bration brochure. All I can say is, "Wow!" I need to book a LOT of workshops and classes so I can pay for all the things I want, so, please, dear, dear friends, call or e-mail me to schedule a workshop or place an order. On December 1, I can post some of the details. I promise, you won't be disappointed!
Off to warm up! Check in tomorrow for the final workshop project.

Wow! You have a new picture on your blog. I like it. Since I have not be on any blogs lately I guess the pic could have been there a while. Oh well.......I like all those little leaves on your project. Also like your idea to have a fire, read a good book and hot cocoa. My kind of day/night. Have a good one. --sandy
